The first thing we do is get our professional sanders out and get your deck back to raw getting rid of the old oil and flakiness. Then we pressure clean the deck to make sure it is clean before giving  2 coats of High Performance Decking Oil.

 

Not only that we also remind you every 4 months to make sure that the deck is still in good condition; if not to get us back in to give it another coat.
